TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WINNER'S EDGE LOYALTY PROGRAM

Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the Winner's Edge loyalty program ("Program"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from participating in the Program.

Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and physically present at River Cree Casino Edmonton or another participating Alberta casino at the time of registration. Only one loyalty account per individual is permitted.

Registration Process

You must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information and government-issued photo identification. Membership is free and non-transferable. An individual who is self-excluded from gaming activities or has breached casino rules is not eligible for enrollment.

Account Management

You bear the responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your membership details. Any unauthorized use of your membership account shall be reported immediately. The casino is not liable for any fraudulent activity or misuse of your account.

Earning Points

Members earn points through eligible gameplay. The number of points earned may vary based on the game played and the amount wagered. Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for rewards as specified by the Program.

Redemption of Points

Points earned through the Program can be redeemed for Free Play, contest entries, or other promotional offers. Points may not be transferred or exchanged, and any points not redeemed within a specified time may expire.

Promotions and Offers

The Program may offer various promotions from time to time. Participation in promotions is subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be made available at the time of the promotion. The casino reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

Wagering Requirements

Free Play and promotional offers must be wagered according to the specific requirements set forth at the time of the offer. Any winnings derived from Free Play may be subject to further wagering stipulations before cashing out.

Modification and Termination

The casino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any membership accounts at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

The casino shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Program, or any disputes related to your membership, points, rewards, or promotions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

Acknowledgment

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, and that you are bound by them.
